In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days after ordering. All shipping time frames are estimates. I am not responsible for delays with USPS. If you have any issues with deliveries, please reach out to the USPS directly. If an item gets lost through shipping, reach out to me as well and I will look into resending them on a case by case basis.
If there is a temporary shop closure due to personal vacation, etc., a notice will be listed at the top of my website showing what the longer processing times will be.
International orders ship just as quick as domestic orders, but the transit times are significantly longer. They can take months to arrive so please take that into account when placing your order. I do provide expedited shipping options at checkout. I have no control over transit/delivery times and any delays that might occur!
Any import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
In the unexpected event your product arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you would like to return an item due to an issue, you will need to reach out immediately and would be responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will only be issued if the items are received in their original condition with no signs of damage from misusing the product.
